    Construction Machinery CDM6065 features:

    CDM6065 is equipped with a low noise, low emission, small size, and strong power Yanmar engine. It is also equipped with a new type of independent flow distribution hydraulic system (LUDV) unrelated to the load pressure. The machine owns characteristics of energy saving, full functional, good stability, high productivity, spacious and comfortable cabin etc.
    CDM6065 is widely used for municipal engineering, garden project, irrigation and water conservancy construction etc.

    Yanmar TNV series engine
    The original Japan-imported Yanmar four-cylinder, four-stroke, water-cooled, direct injection engine. It's powerful and fuel-efficient. Using the unique CAE technology of Yanmar, large muffler, and a new type of cooling fan, effectively reduces the noise and vibration of the machine. And optional with the engine conforming to Euro ⅢA emission standard.

    Filtering System
    The high efficiency dual air filter ensures the quality of engine air intake. In addition, the air pre-filter can carry out the rough filtration over the air intake to enable the operation under the poor air quality working conditions and prolong the maintenance interval of the air filter. The oil-water separator and high- precision fuel filter will filtrate the fuel many times to ensure the quality of fuel fed to the engine.

    Cooling System
    The parallel radiator cooling makes cooling effect better and maintenance easier.

    Maintenance and Service
    The easy maintenance of direct injection engine reduces the maintenance cost. This will relieve the customers of worrying about the service and ensure the attendance rate of excavator.

    Control Mode
    New LUDV power balanced system and flow distribution system irrespective of loading pressure is able to fine control the actions of each group of valve core of multiple valve, and to distribute engine power as the largest proportion according to the system needs, so as to realize the best match under the variety of work conditions or working load, and resulting in the largest operation efficiency, as well as improve the excavator operational stability and reliability.

    Fine control of the rotation speed (In the motion of starts & operation).
    Flow and pressure control at the same time.
    Effective control of the rotation speed (When associated with other motions).
    Excellent acceleration and deceleration performance.
    Arm regeneration circuit, to promote excavating speed.

    Auxiliary Hydraulic Valve
    The main valve is provided with a set of standby valves to facilitate the installation of other accessories such as the breaking hammer.

    Filtering System
    The hydraulic circuit is equipped with high quality hydraulic oil filter which can prolong the service life of the hydraulic elements.

    Components Layout
    The special design of hydraulic system and components location can enhance the system efficiency of the machine. Parts are arranged closely to shorten the connecting pipes and consequently reduce the pipes friction and pressure.

    The large LCD display provides a convenient visual operation interface, the machine working condition and operation parameters such as engine rotating speed, coolant temperature, engine oil pressure, fuel level, real-time and historical faults are displayed intuitively.

    Fault Auto Warning
    Warning the machine failure through sound, light, and text, and automatic alarm.

    Main frame
    The reasonable layout of robust upper frame optimizes the utilization of steels.

    The X-shaped undercarriage with heavy-duty box structure is subjected to the repeated analysis and calculation, it enhance the overall rigidity, strength and tortion resistance. Undercarriage is welded from the low alloy structural steel plates with overall process quality control. The critical welding seams are fully subjected to fault detection and stress test to ensure the product quality & durability.

    There are intensified ribs and crawler cradle in the middle of the track links. Using M-type oil seal to ensure the lubricating effect of the pin and pin suites. Extending the track working life effectively.

    Travel Device
    The drive unit employs the imported motors of high quality, and the driving motor gear ring adopts high frequency heating overall hardening process to enable the excellent wear resistance of the external gear rim.

    Idler Cushion
    The idler cushion with high quality sealing elements effectively guarantees the high pressure sealing inside the cylinder block, the tensioning springs are subjected to the special heat treatment to allow the excellent fatigue resistance.

    Cab Shock Absorption System
    The cab shell is installed to the platform through the cushioning materials consisting of the silicon oil and rubber to relieve the vibration, reduce the noise and guarantee the operation comfort.

    The glass is clung to the cabin directly without frame to enlarge the visual field. The windows allow free adjustment to open/close the front and upper window and windshield, besides, the front glass can be set to the roof above the operator.

    Front Wiper
    The wiper located in front of cabin pillar enlarges the operator's field of view, it allows the continuous and intermittent operation modes.

    Safe and Comfortable Cab
    The spacious and multi-functional cabin designed according to ergonomics enhances comfort for operator. The reasonable layout of control elements inside the cabin allows easy operation.

    Standard Cabin Equipment
    The cabin inside includes the cigar lighter, ashtray, cup holder, storage rack, coat hook, escape hammer, and fire extinguisher.

    A/C System
    The high performance and healthy A/C allows the air circulate. Concise control panel and easy press key operation, multi-direction A/C air outlet allowing fast regulation of cab inside temperature and fast defrosting.

    Deluxe Seat
    The comfortable suspension seat is provided with a hydraulic damper, the wide seatback allows the waist support and the curve profile enables comfortable riding, the double slide track multi-way multi-step regulation enables different operators to find the best posture, the wide pedal space allows the free body stretching and relieves the operator from the long time operation fatigue.

    Safety Lock Joystick
    The hydraulic safety lock joy stick is located at the outside of left armrest box in the cabin. The machine control is active only when the joystick is in ON position, which can prevent the wrong operation in an effective way.

    Control Lever
    The reasonable design of control lever saves the operating effort by the lever principle, the ergonomic design enables the operator to maintain the natural wrist and arm posture. The moderate joystick stroke relieves the degree of fatigue and ensures the accurate control.

    Switch Control Panel
    The control panel on the left/right pilot box is in concise and esthetic layout and the operation of keystroke is easy.

    Boom and Arm
    To cope with heavy load during operation, the design & development team of LONKING adopts lots of up-to-date design ideas, preserves the higher safety factor, employs repeated analysis, calculation and optimum design to finish the development of boom and arm and selects the high strength low alloy structural steels for the boom and arm fabrication.

    Pin Shaft
    The pin shaft is the core element for the connection of the working equipment. LONKING chooses the professional pin shaft suppliers and subject the pin shafts to the strict fault detection to ensure the quality. The pin shaft of LONKING excavators has thick chrome plating coat and high surface finish. The special treatment enables the extremely high wear resistance and corrosion resistance.

    The bucket body is made of low alloy and high tenacity materials and the external structure is made of high strength and wear-resistant steels, which constitute the entire reinforced bucket. Standard bucket with flat-floor which is praised by users is more suitable for the leveling conditions. This excavator provides different bucket options to meet different working demands.

    Easy Maintenance and Service
    The design and layout of CDM6065 consider to providing convenience for maintenance personnel. Most maintenance locations can be accessed from the ground level to enable the fast and high efficiency maintenance. The maintenance points are clearly identified, easy to operate.     Operating equipment

    Each machine action is under the pilot control.
    The right lever controls the motion of boom and bucket while the left lever controls
    the arm motion and upper structure swing. The foot pilot valve is provided with the lever joystick
    to control the machine traveling or turning by the foot or lever. The traveling gear shift adopts the solenoid switch control.
