Technology development

In the 1970s, with the development of hydrostatic transmission technology, hydraulic control technology and computer technology, the research on compaction technology and compaction equipment has made great progress. Low temperature impact

Low temperature causes the engine to start difficult, its main reason is the lubricating oil viscosity increases, the battery working ability decreases and the fuel atomization is not good.

The viscosity of engine oil increases with the decrease of temperature, and the flow performance deteriorates, so that the lubrication condition of the engine becomes worse and the rotation resistance of the crankshaft increases.

When the battery is at low temperature, the viscosity of the electrolyte also increases, the penetration capacity decreases, and the internal resistance increases, so that the battery capacity and the terminal voltage drop significantly, and can not even discharge. The voltage drop makes the starter not get the desired output power, and it is difficult to get the start speed up.

Due to low temperature, the crankshaft speed of the engine is not high, the inlet pipe temperature and gas velocity are low, the atomization quality of fuel is poor, which further increases the difficulty for the engine start-up.

Under low temperature conditions, the viscosity of all kinds of oil is large and the fluidity is poor, which brings difficulties to the operation of the roller and aggravates the wear of the equipment.

Lubricating oil viscosity, stirring oil increased power loss in the operation of institutions, decrease engine power, the transmission system of low efficiency, reducing the roller walking and excitation mechanism driving ability.

The fluidity of lubricating oil increases the difficulty of lubrication of certain parts and reduces the lubrication effect, thus aggravating the wear of engine and transmission parts.

Work in the oil viscosity is big, also increased the line resistance, make the hydraulic steering control difficult, the efficiency of hydraulic brake, to add to the difficulty, driving has adverse effect on the safe driving.

There are also widespread freezing hazards during cold season construction, such as the freezing of electrolyte from a battery that causes it to stop working; The cooling water of the water cooled engine freezes the radiator and the cylinder body.

Operating instruction

1. During operation, the roller should start before the shock, the internal combustion engine should start with the medium speed and then the high speed.

2. Speed change and change of direction should be stopped first, and the speed of the internal combustion engine should be reduced.

3. It is strictly forbidden to vibrate on a solid ground.

4. When crushing the soft roadbed, the roller shall be rolled down 1 ~ 2 times without vibration, and then vibrate.

5. The vibration frequency should be consistent when rolling. To adjust your vibration roller, you should adjust the vibration frequency before the operation, and not adjust the vibration frequency without the vibration.

6. The adjustment of the steering clutch, vibration clutch and brake should be carried out after the main clutch is off.

7. In the upper and lower slopes, fast files cannot be used. When making a sharp turn, including the articulated vibratory roller, it is strictly prohibited to use the fast gear when it is rolled and rolled around the corner.

8. The road roller shall not engage in vibration while driving at high speed.

9. When the machine stops, it should stop the vibration, then put the transfer mechanism in the middle position, the transmission is placed in the neutral, and finally pull up the brake lever, and the internal combustion engine will be out of fire after a few minutes.

10. Other operation requirements shall conform to the provisions of the static pressure roller.

The bottom layer of asphalt mixture must be clean and dry, whether it is uphill or downhill, and it must be sprayed with asphalt mixture to avoid slippage when the mixture is rolled.

The driving wheel of the roller should be at the back, whether it is the upslope or the downhill. Doing so has the following advantages: uphill, the back of the drive wheels can inherit the ramp and the driving force provided by the machine itself, at the same time, the front wheel to initial compaction of the road, to withstand large shear force produced by driving wheel; In the lower slope, the impact force generated by the roller is offset by the braking of the driving wheel. Only the mixing material after the front roller compaction will have the ability to produce the shear force of the rear driving wheel.

When the upslope is crushed, the roller will start, stop and accelerate smoothly, avoiding too high or too low.
